The following is the exchanges, returns and withdrawal right Policy that the\ncompany PROVIMARCAS S.A.S, identified with NIT 811012440, provide so that\ncustomers are guided in the purchase and acquisition of products on the website www.provimarcas.com<\/a> as well as in the Sales considered non-traditional or distance sales and apply to all people who purchase products through the website\nor by non-traditional means.<\/p>

REFUNDS OR MONEY RETURNS:<\/strong> If for any reason the client does not wish to\ninitiate the contracted service and its value has been paid to PROVIMARCAS\nS.AS, the first may: 1) use the money in any other service offered by the company,\ntaking into account that in no case will the amount paid for fees cross with the\namount paid for legal expenses and vice versa. 2) Request a refund of the money\npaid with a 30% deduction.
