\u201cAroma360 LLC and Hotel Collection LLC accused Scentiment LLC of unfair competition over its use of the \u201cBring the Hotel Home\u201d trademark for scent-related products on its website<\/em>.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The companies allege violations of the federal Lanham Act, the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and Florida common law in a complaint filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aroma360 has been using the \u201cBring the Hotel Home\u201d mark since March 2022 for products including diffusers, room sprays, and fragrance oils, and it applied for a federal trademark registration in September 2024, it said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
