Navan is moving all Reed & Mackay clients to the Navan travel and expense platform and is rolling the UK travel management brand into a “unified Navan brand,” the company announced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Navan, then still TripActions, acquired Reed & Mackay in 2021 and has continued it as a brand that focuses on high-touch service for clients. Now, Reed & Mackay’s service will become “the foundation for a new premium offering from Navan,” the company said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Last year, Navan COO Nina Herold moved from that role to become Reed & Mackay’s CEO, replacing the retiring longtime CEO Fred Stratford. Herold will now lead the integration of Reed & Mackay into Navan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Navan did not give a timeline for when clients of Reed & Mackay, which had its own agent and self-booking platforms, will be moved to the Navan platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“We are moving at a thoughtful pace to ensure that every customer migration is handled with the highest degree of care, resulting in an offering that gives them even more of what they love,” Herold said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The integration of Reed & Mackay as a unified brand for corporate sales, however, is immediate, the company said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Navan said its booking platform has “superior content” for Reed & Mackay clients as well as the integrated expense suite. For the wider set of Navan clients, the new service tier that will be built from Reed & Mackay will let clients scale up their service levels, the company said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“This unification allows Navan to provide a single, powerful platform that can be tailored to any business, from a digital-first startup to a global law firm requiring 24\/7 dedicated support,” Navan CEO and co-founder Ariel Cohen said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Navan said the integration also will “create efficiencies for the business as Navan aligns its organisational structures\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
