Novo Nordisk inform\u00f3 el lunes que ha presentado una demanda contra la empresa estadounidense de telemedicina Hims & Hers por infringir las patentes del grupo dan\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Novo Nordisk solicita al tribunal que proh\u00edba de forma permanente a Hims la venta de medicamentos compuestos no aprobados que infringen nuestras patentes, y busca obtener una compensaci\u00f3n por da\u00f1os y perjuicios”, declar\u00f3 la farmac\u00e9utica danesa en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La acci\u00f3n legal se produce despu\u00e9s de que Hims cancelara el s\u00e1bado el lanzamiento de una copia de una pastilla para la p\u00e9rdida de peso con un precio de 49 d\u00f3lares, tras amenazas legales de Novo Nordisk y de la Administraci\u00f3n de Alimentos y Medicamentos de EE.UU. (FDA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
