{"id":306,"date":"2022-02-02T22:55:14","date_gmt":"2022-02-02T22:55:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/provimarcas.com\/?p=306"},"modified":"2022-08-11T16:08:14","modified_gmt":"2022-08-11T16:08:14","slug":"post-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/provimarcas.com\/en\/post-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Sanci\u00f3n de $285 millones a Claro por incumplir soluciones que ofrec\u00eda a sus usuarios"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]De acuerdo con la Superindustria, Claro daba respuestas favorables a solicitudes y quejas de sus usuarios y luego las incumpl\u00eda<\/p>\n<p>La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio dio a conocer una sanci\u00f3n por $285 millones que impuso a Claro (Comunicaci\u00f3n Celular S.A. Comcel S.A.), ya que a pesar de haber accedido de manera inicial a las pretensiones y solicitudes que hac\u00edan sus usuarios, termin\u00f3 por incumplirlas.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Superindustria, Claro desconoci\u00f3 la voluntad inicial que promet\u00eda a sus usuarios y no materializ\u00f3 ni cumpli\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n que los favorec\u00eda, &#8220;desconociendo el derecho que le asiste a los usuarios de que sus peticiones, quejas y reclamos -PQR- sean atendidos y resueltos de manera definitiva&#8221;, afirma la Superindutria.<\/p>\n<p>La Delegatura para la Protecci\u00f3n del Consumidor analiz\u00f3 una serie de denuncias presentadas contra Claro y logr\u00f3 evidenciar que los usuarios habr\u00edan obtenido respuestas favorables de la compa\u00f1\u00eda a sus solicitudes. Sin embargo, el prestador del servicio desconoci\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n inicial, cuando los usuarios confiaban en que su solicitud hab\u00eda sido solucionada.<\/p>\n<p>La entidad agreg\u00f3, luego de la investigaci\u00f3n adelantada, que pudo comprobar que Claro &#8220;incurri\u00f3 en la omisi\u00f3n al deber de atender de manera efectiva y definitiva las inconformidades planteadas, ya que no materializ\u00f3 de manera integral ni oportuna las decisiones emitidas a favor de los usuarios&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Claro respondi\u00f3 que no ha sido notificada de la sanci\u00f3n por la Superindustria y que cuando conozca los casos de los que hace menci\u00f3n la entidad, los analizar\u00e1 e interpondr\u00e1 los correspondientes recursos.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que en 2021, la compa\u00f1\u00eda lleg\u00f3 a 115 Centros de Atenci\u00f3n y Ventas en todo el pa\u00eds y 2.097 puntos, para que tambi\u00e9n sus clientes tengan una amplia red de servicio y atenci\u00f3n al cliente presencial, y asegura que es la m\u00e1s grande del sector.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;La compa\u00f1\u00eda trabaja de forma comprometida con el modelo &#8216;SIC Facilita&#8217; en telecomunicaciones, en el que se ha enfocado en priorizar la soluci\u00f3n favorable de los clientes al primer contacto&#8221;, asegur\u00f3 Claro en un comunicado respondiendo a la SIC.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]De acuerdo con la Superindustria, Claro daba respuestas favorables a solicitudes y quejas de sus usuarios y luego las incumpl\u00eda La Superintendencia [&hellip;]<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":297,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[9],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.2 -
