GSK&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/healthcare-pharmaceuticals\/glaxosmithkline-sues-pfizer-biontech-over-covid-19-vaccine-technology-2024-04-25\/\">filed a related lawsuit<\/a>&nbsp;against Pfizer&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/markets\/companies\/PFE.N\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(PFE.N), opens new tab<\/a>&nbsp;and BioNTech&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/markets\/companies\/22UAy.DE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(22UAy.DE), opens new tab<\/a>&nbsp;in the same court in April over their COVID-19 vaccine. The new litigation seeks unspecified monetary damages.A Moderna spokesperson said the company was aware of the new litigation and would defend itself against the claims.
