FRAGRANCE MAKER SUED OVER ‘BRING HOME THE HOTEL’ TRADEMARK USE

“Aroma360 LLC and Hotel Collection LLC accused Scentiment LLC of unfair competition over its use of the “Bring the Hotel Home” trademark for scent-related products on its website.”

The companies allege violations of the federal Lanham Act, the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and Florida common law in a complaint filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Aroma360 has been using the “Bring the Hotel Home” mark since March 2022 for products including diffusers, room sprays, and fragrance oils, and it applied for a federal trademark registration in September 2024, it said.
